I was talking to a friend the other day and she was sharing with me how her life feels like a roller coaster. One day she is up and the next she is down. In our conversation we came to a realization that was really life changing for her and for me.
What my friend realized was that she indeed was reaching for ways to feel good. She would meditate, say positive affirmations, read positive books and her life would start feeling better. Life would start showing up in a way she appreciated.
The thing was that once her life was feeling pretty good she realized she wasn’t putting as much energy toward ways to feel good. She was putting her life back on auto pilot.
This would go on for a while and than sure enough life would start showing up in a way that wasn’t feeling so good.
My question to you all and to myself is “How often should we be putting our attention on raising our vibration”? My answer is all day everyday… Don’t stop because life feels good. Your life feels good because you did the work. You raised your vibration.
Do something everyday that will uplift and inspire you. Laugh more, play more, meditate more, read more, sing more, dance more, live more, Use your Imagination more!!!
Do you think the athletes train for a few days, feel strong and confident and than figure there is no need to do anymore because they have done enough?
They train all day everyday!
My message for you today is to fill yourself up. Reach for ways to uplift your vibration.
Not just today, Everyday!!!
