Are you sick and the doctors can’t figure out why? Do you feel tired all of the time? Have you lost your drive for life? Do you feel depressed? Do you have ailments you can’t seem to get rid of? Is your list growing bigger every day?

I am on a mission to find perfect health and I truly believe it starts in our mouth. Last week I went to the dentist in Tijuana Mexico and I spent 6 hours in the chair as the highly qualified dentist set on his way to remove all the metal from my mouth. The journey has just begun and I will return this coming Saturday for another day in the dental chair.

Before I went to see the dentist I made a list of all of my aliments including ones from my past. With all the research I have done I truly believe all of these aliments and symptoms are because of what is in my mouth.

I find it to very ironic that I have found my health deplete the most right after I have had dental work done.

I am bound and determine to live a healthy life and I truly believe I am on the right track. Here are my symptoms I am experiencing right now. The ones with an * are symptoms I have experienced in the past, but are not present right now. Please note that this list is very private and I am disclosing it because I want to be an example and help as many people as I can.

1. Lack of motivation 21.Ulcerative Colitis*
2. Brain Fog 22. Hot feet at night
3. Depression 23.Mild Toe Fungus
4. Dandruff 24. Always feeling sick
5. Earache 25.Lack of energy
6. Trouble hearing 26.Cold very easily
7. Frequent Cavities 27. Feel sick when cold
8. Hair falling out 28. Gallstones
9. Neck and shoulder pain 29.Hypoglycemic
10. Body Odor 30. Hypoglycemic
11. Tender sore breasts 31. Eye Sight
12. Benign Breast Cyst 32. Metallic taste in my mouth
13. Flabby Stomach (loss of muscle tone) 33. Tired all the time
14. Thirsty all the time 34. Painful Monthly menstruation
15. Dark thoughts 35. Getting up at night to urinate
16. Wanting to give up 36. Itchy skin
17. Ovarian Cysts 37. Liver spots on face
18. Painful intercourse 38. Receding Gums
19. Candida 39.Irregular Periods
20. Bladder pain 40.Twisted Left Lung
41. Computer sensitivity 42. Cracked Heels

Most of these symptoms started to show themselves 6 months ago when one of my root canal crowns had a crack in it. After I went to my local dentist to get it fixed my health has gone down hill fast.

In all of my research I have read it takes 6 months to a year to remove all the mercury and infection out of your body due to mercury poisoning and toxic Root Canals. Next week I will be having two root canals pulled and I will have a removable partial put in its place. My Tijuana dentist doesn’t believe in implants and drilling metal into your jaw bone. I am not very happy about getting a partial and I know I need to do what ever is necessary to regain perfect health.

Do you have silver fillings in your mouth? How about root canals? What if I was to tell you that if you do that it could possibly be killing you? My story begins ten years ago when I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis. After my diagnoses I set out on a quest for perfect health. A quest for answers when it came to my health.

After my diagnoses and a bunch of medication and horrible tests I made the decision to truly seek truth and go off on an incredible journey of self discovery and healing. I took myself out of the care of my Dr. and made the decision to educate myself on natural healing.

With the help of my incredible technique “Act as if Change Your Life” I was guided to an incredible journey of perfect health and wellness. Feeling the best I had in years and being cured from an incurable disease I went on my way filling myself up with positive experiencing and surrounding myself with positive people. This was until about three years ago when again my perfect vibrant health again came to a screaming halt

Shortly after I was guided to the love of my life I started experiencing a horrible condition called IC. IC is a disease that affects your bladder. Your bladder wall actually starts to break down. I would describe it as an incurable bladder infection. Again I found my self seeking truth.

I wholeheartedly followed my technique of “Act as if Change Your Life” I saw myself already healed and perfect. I went from the place that I felt amazing even though I didn’t. The information I needed to heal started to be put together like a puzzle. I was guided to articles and documentaries that talked about health and wellness.

The last three years have brought me right here right now writing these words. The last three years have been the most incredible journey and I am so grateful for every single second of it.

I have absolute Faith and Trust I am being guided to the answers. I believe that I am a vibrational match to everything I need to become vibrant and healthy again.

Five months ago I was married to the love of my life. During my honeymoon one of my root canal crowns cracked. After my honeymoon I went to the dentist to have the crown replaced. After the crown was replaced I started having feelings of depression. I had a constant metal taste in my mouth and my hair started to fall out. I started to become desperate.

Once the metal taste showed up I started researching the taste and why it was happening. All the research I was doing kept leading me to silver fillings and toxic root canals.

As the months continued after my wedding the metal taste continued to get worse. I started to notice that when I was on the computer for too long the metal taste was getting worse and the feelings of desperation and depression were increasing.

I made the decision it was time to seek professional help and get all the metal out of my mouth. After hours of research and a whole lot of praying I was guided to a dentist in Tijuana Mexico. After talking to many people on FB and friends and family I was rest assured that getting my dental work done in Tijuana was the perfect choice. Their technique they use to remove the mercury is advanced and will cost 1/3 of what it would cost if I were to get the work done in the U.S.

So here I go on my incredible adventure. My adventure that I hope will help others that are feeling sick and desperate. Others that have given up and aren’t sure where to turn. Use me as an example. I will be an example that removing all of the metal out of my mouth will absolutely bring me back to perfect vibrant health.

Act as if What You Want isAlready Yours and Change Your Life

Act as if What You Want is Already Yours
and Change Your Life

What do you want? Are there things in your life you would really like to have? In my life if there is something that I want I go from the place that what I want is already mine. Instead of longing for it I am thankful and grateful it is already MINE now.

Right now I want you to think of something that you want. Once you think about what it is write it down. I will show you an example below of what this incredible process looks like.

What do I want? ___26 Participants for my “90 Day New Years Transformation”_

When we want something we typically want it because it is missing in our lives. Right now as I write this I don’t have 26 participants signed up for my program. So right now it is missing. When something isn’t in our lives our dominant vibration can be that of longing for it or even despair because we don’t think it is possible to obtain it.

My incredible technique is absolutely transforming people’s lives. Instead of going from the place that what I want is missing I go from the place that what I want is MINE.

I tap into something so powerful called my imagination. Your imagination is one of the most powerful things you have.

When was the last time you used your imagination? I use mine everyday. I am an Act as if Change Your life Master.

So I need to ask myself this question “If I had 26 participants signed up for my program what would I have needed to do to prepare”?

Is there preparation involved? Do I need to get contracts ready? Create folders for them? Clear my schedule to be able to coach 26 new people?

Yes absolutely there are things to be done in order to accommodate 26 new clients. So the first thing I need to do is prepare. Prepare as if right now I have 26 clients that have signed up for my program. I need to tap into my imagination and act as if these 26 clients have signed up and we are getting ready to start my incredible program.

Let’s take this a step further. If I have 26 participants signed up for my program that means the 26 participants have already paid for my program. Hmm let’s look at this. If all 26 participants have paid for my program in full than this means my bank account is going to look different. How will my bank account look different compared to right NOW. Well it definitely is going to have more money in it.

If I were to have more money in my account what would this look like? To really tap into what it would look like and feel like to have this money in, my account. I am going to tap into my imagination and print out my bank statement. After I print out my bank statement I am going to write in my new balance. I am going to Act as if my bank account balance is what I just wrote down. I am going to tap into the feeling.

Remember I just had 26 people pay for my incredible life changing “90 Day New Year Transformation” program therefore my balance in my checking account is going to look different.

After I write down my new balance I get out my calculator and I calculate 10% of what is in my checking account. I then get out an Act as if Change Your Life check and I write a check to my favorite Charity. While I am writing the check I am going from the place of what it would feel like to write a check to a cause that is dear to my heart. I think about the difference I am making in the world.

Why am I able to write this check? Because I just had 26 participants sign up for my program and they have all paid in full. I tap into what I want as if it is already mine.

What do you want? What if I were to tell you it is possible to obtain all of your goals when you tap into your imagination first. If you want a different life you need to be different. Act as if Change Your Life is being different.

What happens when I behave this way? My vibration becomes a match to everything I want. My vibration brings to me everything and every one I need to fulfill my goal of having 26 participants join my program.

My Act as if Change Your Life technique is taking your goals to a whole new level.

This way of being is absolutely life changing. Try it; it could absolutely change your life!

Dear Ari

Six years ago this January I thought my life was falling apart. Everything I had known was no longer. My life was at the darkest saddest, loneliest place it had ever been. I had truly hit the bottom and I wasn’t sure how I was going to get back up.

Today almost six years later I was going through some of my paper work and I stumbled upon a journal entry I had written March 12th 2007. When I read it I realized that indeed my life wasn’t falling apart it was falling together.

Here is the journal entry I wrote to myself.

March 12, 2007

Dear Ari,

I am so very proud of you. I honor you and I respect you. Hold on tight and get ready for the most amazing adventure. Your life will never be the same again. Your thoughts right now are creating your reality. You live your life by such an awesome example. People learn from you. People are attracted to your light. Live everyday to the fullest. Create your reality right Now! Keep doing what you are doing and always have fun.

I realized six years ago in order for me to truly live the life of my dreams I was going to need to do the work. When I say work I mean I was going to need to do what ever it took to raise my vibration and become a match to everything I had ever wanted. I knew that if it was to be it was up to me.

I can honestly say I haven’t turned back since that day. I have been putting my attention on only what I want and turning away from what I don’t want.

I close my eyes as I go back six years ago as I sat feeling hopeless, desperate and alone as I hold my own face so tenderly as I whisper in a sweet calming voice saying to you “You’ve got this. You are here on this earth to absolutely make a difference in the world. Keep moving forward my beautiful friend. I guarantee this, your life is absolutely transforming to everything you have ever wanted. Keep moving forward, full steam ahead”.

So as you read this I am holding your sweet face in my hands as I whisper a calming message to you “You’ve got this. You are going to be okay. Put your attention on what you want. Your life is transforming and whatever you might be working through rite now I can guarantee this to shall pass. Shine your light bright.”
